Polymarket works in any country not on the blocked list. The platform uses geo-blocking to determine user location.
Works in: United States (legal since Dec 2025), India, South Africa, Jamaica, and most countries worldwide. Does not work in: 33 blocked countries. VPN usage to bypass restrictions is prohibited and detectable.
Workaround attempts risk account suspension and fund freezing.
